1. Book your appointment
You can call us six days a week, from Monday to Saturday between 7.30 am and 7.30 pm or simply book your mobile vehicle inspection online. Please enter the same address where you want the inspection conducted – you can use your home or office address, or choose to get your vehicle certified at our workshop.
2. Confirm your appointment
Once you made your booking with Ace Mobile Safety Certificates, you will receive a text message from us at around 4 or 5pm on the day of your booking. You can confirm your booking in a simple text message.
3. Wait for our inspector
One of our friendly vehicle inspectors will come to your vehicle and conduct the inspection at the time you confirmed. Please don’t forget that we provide mobile services and our inspectors may be late because of any accident on the road or traffic jam. Please always keep in mind that if you are late, our inspector will be late as well for the customers after you. Missing your inspection is harmful for our schedule.
4. Check your emails for your digital certificate
For many of your services, we are able to issue Digital Certificates. In most cases it allows you to transfer or renew vehicle registrations online without having to visit your local Transport and Main Roads branch.
